Shipping & Delivery time:

Domestic US: We ship the orders the same day or the next business day after you place your order by the shipping service that you select in your order. We will provide you a tracking number. Feel free to track you package w/ the tracking.

International Shipping Outside US:
We ship 1st class USPS International, however, there is NO tracking number available once it has departed the USA, so we have no means of tracking the Delivery of the package. The delivery time is up to each postal service and country customs. Please read the complete shop policies for more information.

Care Instructions:
In order to prevent tarnish and keep it shiny for a long time, it is important that you don't wear it while washing/bathing/showering, do not spray perfume on it, and avoid contact with soap/creams. Don't wear jewelry while sleeping.

PLEASE NOTE that sweat, cream, perfume can cause gold/silver plating to tarnish. Keep your accessory away from the following as much as possible:

a. Water, lotion, perfume, or other harsh chemicals

b. NEVER wear your accessories in the pool or ocean

c. When NOT wearing, keep in a jewelry box or pouch.
d. Do not use soap/water or jewelry cleaner to clean your beads. I recommend that you wipe softly with a dry cloth.
