SifriShop.com offers a 100% happiness guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it within 15 days of order delivery for a full refund or within 14 days for a store credit or exchange. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to ourerror.
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days.
Returned items will be credited back to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.
If you purchase from SifriShop you agree you will not hold me responsible for any delay or lost packages, however, I will refund you the cost of goods if the package is resent to us.
For all items that receive free shipping, if an item is returned a cost of $6 is deducted from your final return amount to accommodate the fact that the customer received free shipping.

Shipping retunrs
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 5091 NW 7th St. Apt.901 Miami, Fl 33126. Please submit a return request by writing to sales@sifrishop.com and stating the reason why you would like to return your items.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that items returned will be delivered to us in a timely manner. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges on items that have not been received.
